Environment and Sustainability projects undertaken to date include:​

• Material and additive package selection for demanding outdoor conditions.

• Selection and sourcing of high strength PP for geogrid application in regions affected by climate change.

• Assessment and potential replacement of polymers in healthcare products affected by the EU Green Deal.

• Review of cyclic siloxane data for LIM and significance relative to EU MDR

• Assessment of regulatory and supply risk for polymers in medical device product portfolio and opportunities to reduce environmental impact.

• Development of HDPE recycling processes and property enhancement of  HDPE-PP recyclate.

• Evaluation of total equivalent emissions from primary production, polymer moulding and recycling of medical device materials, as well as water consumption.
