Global Polymer Consulting (GPC) is seeking a talented R&D Extrusion Technician for our Galway, Ireland technical centre. The R&D Extrusion Technician will be responsible for supporting the development and qualification of new and existing polymer materials. In this role you will work with GPC Technical staff to develop and qualify materials used in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries.

 

The R&D Extrusion Technician must have excellent technical and problem-solving skills, and ability to balance multiple priorities related to operations and achieving results from projects. Specifically, the R&D Extrusion Technician would support activities relating to the scale-up and start-up of polymer compounding and extrusion operations.
